Gave it a shot, and of course it connects. Read online to try disabling and reenabling UPnP in-game. If there was even the slightest bit of consistency, this wouldn't be so bad. Closed the game, relaunched, and tried again. Tried it again a few minutes later, and it works. I've created custom rules in the Firewall, both inbound and outbound, but I still cannot get the game to play nice with Windows Firewall. Then I disabled my Windows Firewall and ran R6V2 (router still bypassed). I figured I'd make everything as simple as possible, so I bypassed my router and ran R6V2. Rebooted and ran CCleaner (for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles). Well I didn't get to spend nearly as much time with this tonight as I was hoping I would.
